These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Amy’s Clinic based at Therapy Spaces, 16 St James Road, Surbiton, KT6 4QH, and your access to our website www.amys-clinic.com. By booking or attending an appointment, purchasing products or packages, or otherwise using our services (“Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  1. Client: An individual who books, purchases, or receives any Services from the Clinic.

  2. Services: All treatments and services offered by the Clinic, including but not limited to anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, personalised skincare consultations, prescription weight-loss medications, NAD+ home kits, subscriptions, and eGift cards.  

  3. Appointment: A scheduled session for Services.

2. Eligibility

  1. You must be 18 years or older to book or receive any aesthetic or medical-related treatments.

  2. By booking, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

  1. Appointments can be booked online, by email, or by phone.

  2. Cancellation: You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge.

  3. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the treatment cost (or full cost at the Clinic’s discretion).

  4. Failure to attend or late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in the session being shortened, rescheduled, or forfeited without refund.

  5. The Clinic may reschedule or cancel an appointment due to practitioner availability, emergencies, or other operational reasons, in which case you will be offered a new appointment or full refund.

4. Consultation & Medical Disclosure

  1. Before treatment, you must complete a consultation and disclose your full medical history, including allergies, medications, health conditions, pregnancy status, or any other information relevant to your safety.

  2. Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in treatment refusal and potential liability for adverse effects.

5. Pricing & Payment

  1. Prices are as listed on the Website or in promotional material at the time of booking.

  2. Deposit or full payment may be required before an appointment is confirmed.

  3. Payment can be made via accepted methods listed at the Clinic (e.g., card, bank transfer).

  4. All prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect appointments already booked and paid.

6. Refunds & Transfers

  1. Refunds: Services already received are generally non-refundable.

  2. Product & Gift Card Refunds: These may be refundable where required by UK consumer law.

  3. Transfers: Unused treatments or packages may be transferrable at the Clinic’s discretion with appropriate notice.

7. Results & Expectations

  1. While the Clinic strives to provide high-quality care, results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.

  2. Treatment outcomes depend on factors including skin type, biology, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

8. Aftercare & Compliance

  1. Clients must follow all aftercare guidance provided by the practitioner.

  2. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results, and the Clinic is not liable for complications arising from non-compliance.

9. Liability & Indemnity

  1. The Clinic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of earnings.

  2. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  3. You agree to indemnify the Clinic against all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

  1. The Clinic collects personal information to provide Services, process payments, and manage appointments.

  2. Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy available on the Website.

11. Behaviour & Conduct

  1. You agree to treat our staff and practitioners with respect.

  2. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment in the event of inappropriate or abusive behaviour.

12. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by the Clinic or its licensors.

  2. You may not reproduce or use this content without written permission.

13. Changes to Terms

  1. We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect legal, business, or operational changes.

  2. Updated Terms will be published on the Website, and your continued use of our Services will constitute acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
